Health & Wellness

As a former Great British heptathlete, I bring elite training principles into real-world coaching. I design structured, progressive programmes that build strong, capable, resilient bodies — whether you’re new to training or ready to push to the next level. We train hard but smart, managing the inevitable niggles along the way so you can keep progressing with confidence.

"Progress isn’t about perfection it’s about showing up, adjusting when needed, and staying committed"

I coach people who want more than just a workout — they want to get genuinely stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. Whether you’re building a foundation or pushing towards new performance goals, I design structured, progressive training that delivers long-term results, not quick fixes. You can expect clarity, purpose, and a clear path forward. My background as a former Great British heptathlete shaped how I see training.

Competing at an elite level taught me the value of discipline, intelligent programming, and consistent progression. Every session had intent. Every improvement was earned. Transitioning into coaching felt natural. I wanted to help others experience what structured training can unlock, not just physically, but mentally. Living and training with Type 1 diabetes has reinforced my belief in resilience, adaptability, and long-term consistency. Progress isn’t about perfection it’s about showing up, adjusting when needed, and staying committed. That mindset sits at the heart of how I coach.

"There’s nothing better than watching someone realise they’re stronger, Both physically and mentally, than they thought."

My coaching style is structured, focused, and progressive — but supportive. Every programme is tailored to you and evolves as you do. I pay close attention to movement quality, biomechanics, and building strength your body can actually sustain. Expect to be challenged. Expect clear feedback. Expect to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, not just follow a random workout.

Most importantly, expect to leave sessions feeling capable. I’ve coached a wide range of clients; from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Helping them build strength, improve performance, and move with confidence. With a strong interest in biomechanics and injury management, I adapt training around ongoing niggles without losing momentum. Rather than avoiding challenge, we adjust intelligently so you keep progressing safely.

Beyond the gym, I also work in schools inspiring children through talks and short circuit sessions, helping them understand what training and discipline can achieve. I’m inspired by resilience, discipline, and seeing people surprise themselves with what they’re capable of.
