"You’ll always understand what we’re working on and how it’s helping you move forward."
I help busy professionals, everyday people, and active clients of all levels build strength, confidence, and long-term fitness. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training further, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and make progress that fits real life.
As a teenager, I played sport, but it was training itself that really captured my interest. I became fascinated by how the body adapts, how strength is built, and how structured training can transform both performance and confidence. That interest led me to study Strength & Conditioning at University of Central Lancashire, where I developed the knowledge and practical experience to turn that passion into a career.
"what motivates me most is seeing people achieve things they once doubted were possible"
After graduating, I worked in professional football academies as both a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sport Scientist, supporting the physical development of young athletes. I then spent four years specialising in injury rehabilitation at West Ham United Academy, helping players return to performance. That experience shaped how I coach today — with attention to detail, structured progression, and a strong focus on long-term development.
I now coach at Storm in Newcastle upon Tyne, working with a wide range of clients. I moved to the North East to start a new chapter of my life, and what motivates me most is seeing people achieve things they once doubted were possible — building strength, improving confidence, and developing physical capability that carries into everyday life.
I’m driven by continuous learning, helping others grow, and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress
