GROUP TRAINING
The North East’s Home For Expert Personal Training

How We Help
Our group training system
Designed for maximum fat loss and to increase your fitness, our group training is fun, inclusive and whilst we’ll push you hard, we encourage you to work at your own pace.
Safe, fun, challenging
We find the appropriate level where we can push you whilst coaching you to stay safe and injury free. You’ll master kettle bells, battle ropes, dumbbells, you’ll pull sleds, ski, row and bike. You’ll have access to our private gym complete with all the kit you need to crush fitness goals and burn body fat.
It's not all high fives and HIIT training
Ok we’re lying, it pretty much is. But what makes our group training different is we cap the numbers so we can make sure your form is on the money and we can push you to progress safely every week.
Try us out
Come and meet the team and try one of our high energy group sessions on the house. Our group training might be the solution to your health and fitness, it may be that added boost you need to kickstart your fat loss; but, if we’re not the right fit we’ll happily help you find somewhere that is.

Classes last for 55 minutes and include a warm up and stretch.
Who can join a group session?

When are the classes?
Currently we have availability on our Wednesday evening class at 7pm and Sunday morning class at 8am.
What do the classes involve?
A typical group session at storm starts with a thorough warm up and will involve circuits of exercises using dumbbells, kettle bells and body weight exercises guided by our coaches. You’ll be set challenges and tasks to complete and you’ll take on some high intensity intervals on watt bikes, assault bikes, ski ergs and rowers. Expect to become fitter, stronger and more in control of your body.
I have an old injury can I still sign up?
Please contact us in advance and give us the details of your injury. In some cases we can work around old injuries but it is a case by case type of deal.
