Our group training system
Our small group training consists of 2 x 60 minute sessions per week, which will be tailored to you. You’ll train in small groups of 4, with our experienced Personal trainers guiding you throughout.

You’ll learn the best technique for you in all the key movements, working on improving your strength, mobility, core stability and stamina. Our aim is to help you discover your best physical health and physique, and have a bit of fun along the way.
SUPPORT, PROGRESS, mOTIVATION
Our groups are setup to provide access to our experienced personal trainers within the best training facilities. You will be supported throughout, so you don’t need to worry about your current fitness level or gym experience.

How long are the classes?
Classes last for 60 minutes and include a warm up and stretch.
Who can join a group session?
Due to the small group we can tailor the sessions to everyone. You will be supervised by a trainer throughout and the group will never be more than 4.
What age range can join the groups?
Anybody over 16 could join our group training.
When are the classes?
Currently we have two small group sessions running. Group 1 is at 6am Mon and Thurs. Group 2 is at 6pm Wed and Fri.
What do the classes involve?
A typical group session at storm starts with a thorough warm up and will involve circuits of exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises guided by our coaches. You’ll be set challenges and tasks to complete and you’ll take on some high intensity intervals on watt bikes, assault bikes, ski ergs and rowers. Expect to become fitter, stronger and more in control of your body.
I have an old injury can I still sign up?
Please contact us in advance and give us the details of your injury. In many cases we can work around old injuries but it is a case by case and we want you to get the most from your training at Storm.
