Who does Michael train with at Storm? Michael trains with Spencer who is specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Health & Wellbeing.
What did/does Michael want to achieve? Having recently turned 50, Michael wanted to change the physical shape of his body, be fitter and healthier.
How often does Michael train at Storm? Currently Michael trains 3 days per week, for an hour each session.
