Group Sessions

Designed to compliment a personal training program, our group sessions are fun and tailored to challenge each individual to a suitable level.

Typically sessions will include a warm up, a resistance circuit, some intervals using a mix of cardio equipment, kettle bells and dumbbells, body weight movements and core stability.

All of our sessions are planned well in advance and progress week after week.
